<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonreducible dielectric ceramic composition which satisfies COG/CH properties in the EIA (Electric Industry Association) standards. <P>SOLUTION: The nonreducible dielectric ceramic composition contains a main component expressed by the general formula: (Ca<SB>1-x</SB>Sr<SB>x</SB>)<SB>m</SB>(Zr<SB>1-y</SB>Ti<SB>y</SB>)O<SB>3</SB>, which has the ranges of 0≤x≤1, 0≤y<0.09, and 0.7≤m≤1.05); and 0.5 to 10 wt.% of a glass component expressed by the general formula: aMnO-bSiO<SB>2</SB>-cAl<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>(a+b+c=100), which has the ranges of 20≤a≤60, 10≤b≤65, and 1≤c≤10). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
