<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell realizing a satisfactory output characteristic by optimizing ruggedness on one side or both sides of a silicon wafer for obtaining light confining effect and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: Laminated bodies 2 and 12 and translucent conducting films 3 and 13 of an amorphous semiconductor are formed on both sides worked into ruggedness on the silicon wafer 1. Collector electrodes 4 and 14 are formed on the translucent conducting films 3 and 13 by printing of conductive paste. A rugged degree (a rate of a difference between a weight of the silicon wafer 1 and a weight of a silicon board assumed to be a plane face by filling recessed parts on both sides of the silicon wafer 1 with a material similar to the silicon wafer 1 with respect to the weight of the silicon wafer 1) of the silicon wafer 1 is 10 to 30%. Even if the width is made to be not more than about 130μm for reducing the influence of shielding by the collector electrodes 4 and 14, resistance of the collector electrodes 4 and 14 does not become large. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
