PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a connecting member rigid with no rattling or horizontal movement relative to a bottom deck member and a top deck member, and thus the connecting member is surely caught with the beam fitting part of the top deck member and the bottom deck member with no release therefrom. SOLUTION: This pallet has a top deck member Pa, a bottom deck member Pb, and a connecting member C connecting the member Pa and the member Pb. The top male part c3b and the bottom male part c3c of a catching male wall member c3 structuring the connecting member are inserted between a pair of vertical panel materials g1 of a catching female member G formed on the beam fitting parts 5, 6 and 7 of the deck member Pa and deck member Pb, and a catching nail g2 formed on the vertical panel material is caught by end faces c3c', c3c" structuring slits c3d', c3e' formed on the catching male wall member.
