PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine provided with a keep function and a game medium dispenser with high security allowing a player to reassuringly leave a seat by preventing theft of a card even when the player temporarily leaves a game machine with the card left inputted, and preventing playing of the game machine and dispensing of the game medium dispenser by another person. SOLUTION: In the game machine and the game medium dispenser, the game machine and the game medium dispenser form a pair. When a keep starting operation is carried out by an employee or a user, the game machine is made inoperable by a control part of the game machine, and dispensing by the game medium dispenser is disabled by a control part of the game medium dispenser. When a keep release operation is carried out, the game machine is made operable by the control part of the game machine, and concurrently, dispensing of the game medium dispenser is allowed by the control part of the game medium dispenser.
