The invention relates to a device for the tight closing and the controlled discharge of liquids from containers, said device comprising a capsule (1 or 6) screwed or forcedly mounted onto the neck of a container (2 or 7), tightened by a gasket (3) and sealed by a ring-seal (c); at its upper part, the capsule (1) is provided with a curved nozzle (g) ended by a sealing collar (i), a tightening collar (j) over which a plug-seal (5) is mounted by compression, said plug-seal being meant to be broken upon the first drawing of a strap (l), thereby allowing the liquid to be discharged from the container through a tube (4) forcedly mounted on a reducing piece (f), an orifice (h) and the curved nozzle (g), as a consequence of a soft squeezing of the container (2 or 7) generating a pressure level higher than the atmospheric pressure.
