PURPOSE: An electric mixer is provided to safely use the mixer by letting a user know the operating state visually and auditorily through a visual effect by luminous lights and an auditory effect by various sounds. CONSTITUTION: An electric mixer comprises a lower body(9) in which a motor is inserted; crushing or mixer vanes(3) rotating at the bottom of an upper body(7); a lid(1) covering the upper body; and various switches(5,10,11) operating the motor. The vanes are connected with a rotating shaft(12) of the motor. The electric mixer comprises plural luminous lights(8) for emitting light formed on the lower body. Light of the luminous lights is emitted, permeating through the lower surface of the upper body.
