PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously simply treat a three-dimensional net-like structure in a post process to prevent a trouble that small pieces are torn off from the three-dimensional net-like structure. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional net-like structure 1 in which a plurality of thermoplastic resin continuous fibers are three-dimensionally and randomly interlaced and partially fused is characterized by forming at prescribed or suitable distances belt-like rigid net-like structure portions 2 softened with frictional heat generated by ultrasonic vibrations and then solidified in a state that the thicknesses of structure portions 2 are reduced with press forces, thereby forming on both the sides of each rigid net-like structure portion 2 soft net-like swollen structure portions 3 which have swollen portions 3a and have larger bulkiness and smaller density than those of the rigid net-like structure portions 2. The three-dimensional net-like structure 1 can firmly be fixed to the wall 32 of a structure only by driving fixing tools 30 such as nails, vises or screws into the rigid net-like structure portions 2. As shown in Fig. 6 (a), (b), when an identical stress is added to the three-dimensional net-like structure 1, the three-dimensional net-like structure 1 becomes largely flexible and can easily be bent, because the flexural rigidity of the three-dimensional net-like structure 1 is small than that of a plate-like member 19.
