PLANT FOR EVAPORATION OF SOLUTIONS AT CRYSTALLIZATION OF SALTS

摘要

FIELD: production of soda and potash; evaporation of solutions in tubular evaporating apparatus. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes evaporating apparatus with tubular boilers and separators; boiler of first (in way of flow of steam) apparatus is provided with steam trap. Mounted in separators above level of pulp are injectors which are connected with steam trap by means of pipe line. Proposed plant may be used for evaporation of crystallizing solutions excluding covering of evaporator and spray trap walls with salts and clogging heating tubes by scale separated from walls. Proposed plant ensures reduction of useful difference of temperatures, reduction of resistance of spray traps, thus increasing productivity of plant; possibility of use of secondary steam.
