PURPOSE: An electronic commerce system and method for combining purchase with delivery of a commodity is provided to select the optimum seller and deliverer condition adapted to a requesting condition of a purchaser by linking with the commodity. CONSTITUTION: An electronic commerce server(100) is connected to a wire/wireless network(200). A database(105) is combined with the electronic commerce server(100) and manages a seller, a purchaser, a deliverer, commodity information, seller information, and deliverer information with respect to each commodity simultaneously. The wire/wireless network(200) connects a plurality of seller terminals(110), purchaser terminals(130), and deliverer terminals(120) with the electronic commerce server(100). The database(105) possesses each field for displaying a seller condition and a deliverer condition with respect to a commodity sale and a deliverer with the seller and a record which possesses delivery data corresponded to each field. The electronic commerce server(100) includes an optimization unit for optimizing the seller condition and a deliverer condition of the field in the database(105) and delivery data of the record.
