PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having the antistatic function which has the water content adjusting function besides the antistatic function and can hold sealing properties as a sealant. SOLUTION: The three-layer laminate 40 is composed of an antistatic layer 11, a water absorption layer 21, and a lamination layer 41 of a base film resin. The lamination layer 41 is arranged on a base material surface, and the antistatic layer 11 is arranged on a seal surface. The antistatic function is developed by the antistatic layer 11, and the water content adjusting function is developed by the water absorption layer 21. Linear low-density polyethylene, medium-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, etc., are used as the base film resin. The antistatic layer 11 is formed by incorporating 0.1-50 pts.wt. of an antistatic agent per 100 pts.wt. of the base film resin, and the thickness of each of the antistatic layer 11, the water absorption layer 21, and the lamination layer 41 is 5-100μm.
