<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique, for clearly showing the effect of financial action executed for ranking improvement to a customer enterprise. <P>SOLUTION: A financial data estimating part 3 estimates such estimated financial data 5 from present financial data 1, that corresponds to the financial action such as an asset mobilization. A credit score calculating part 7 calculates a present credit score from the present financial data 1 and calculates an estimated credit score corresponding to each financial action from the estimated financial data 5. A bankruptcy probability calculating part 9 calculates an estimated bankruptcy probability after carrying out the financial action selected by a selecting part 11 from the financial data 5 and calculates a present bankruptcy probability from the financial data 1. An estimated ranking calculating part 13 calculates an estimated ranking and its probability after carrying out the financial action. A pricing calculating part 15 calculates each financial service rate by using an estimated bankruptcy rate.
