APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING SURFACE OF PROCESSED ARTICLE SPREADING IN THREE-DIMENSIONAL MANNER BY USING LASER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an apparatus for processing the surface of a processed article spreading three-dimensionally by using a laser in which a faster speed can be applied without depending upon the spread and the lapse of a processing line by directing a gas flow toward a processing position.

SOLUTION: The apparatus for processing the surface of the processed article spreading three-dimensionally by using the laser comprises a laser scanner (4) fixed to a robot arm (2) and connected to a mirror joint arm (3), and a gas nozzle (7) mounted movable to the laser scanner so as to be directed onto the surface of the article via a gas nozzle driver (6) of a connected state with a controller (5) so that a radioactive ray emitted from a second end of the arm (3) is coupled to the laser scanner, and further a radioactive ray emitted from the laser scanner via an output surface is superposed at one point on the surface of the article.
