<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enclosure structure for controller that can prevent condensates from dropping onto electronic parts, substrate pattern, etc., in an enclosure. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic controller 1 (accordingly, the enclosure 7 of the controller 1) is loaded in an engine room or compartment of a vehicle. At the time of loading the controller 1 in, for example, the compartment of the vehicle, the controller 1 is fixed to a floor, etc., of the compartment with a cover 13 on the downside so that a printed board 5 and the enclosure 7 may become horizontal as shown in the figure. When the enclosure 7 is loaded in the compartment, particularly, the printed board 5 becomes horizontal and the four side walls 17 of the enclosure become vertical, but a ceiling part (ceiling section) 19 of the enclosure 7 in the upper part of the figure (in the upward direction at the loading time) is slightly inclined (by, for example, 5°) from the horizontal plane.
