PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information collection and information transmission methods allowing an enterprise running a business in various tourist resorts to provide information related to tourism of the tourist resorts scattered in various locations, setting up a Web site using the information, and releasing the Web site to unspecified number of persons.

SOLUTION: This information collecting device provides basic data and detailed data input screens to a request to set up the Web site from an enterprise-side terminal, allows the enterprise to input the basic data and the detailed data according to the guide of the respective input screen, transmits samples of the Web site to the enterprise's terminal, and makes the enterprise select an appropriate sample out of the samples. A name of the data of an input column inputted in the input screen beforehand is allocated in respective display columns of the sample of the Web site by a program. This device allows the enterprise intending to set up the Web site to set up the Web site without any knowledge of the program language and to release it to the unspecified number of persons after the setting up.
