PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device capable of realizing shutter speed at the low-speed shutter time and at the high-speed shutter time with simple constitution. SOLUTION: The shutter device is equipped with a 1st shutter blade 7 set at a position where it covers an exposure aperture part 5 before photographing and opening/closing the aperture part 5, and a 2nd shutter blade 8 having a small aperture part 17 for making a photographic light pass to the aperture part 5 and opening/closing the aperture part 5 through the aperture part 17 by moving together with the blade 7 from a retreat position. The shutter speed at the low-speed shutter time is realized by moving only the blade 7 with respect to the aperture part 5, and the shutter speed at the high-speed shutter time is realized by integrally moving the blades 7 and 8.
