<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cap 10 that maintains a high degree of sealability even when a handle 40 sustains outside force and that is excellent in operability at the time of opening and closing. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cap 10 is provided with a casing body 20, a handle 40, a clutch mechanism 60, and a torque mechanism 80. The clutch mechanism 60 is provided with a clutch switch 61 which is formed with a one-hand-holding protruding bar to be pressed at the time of closing operation, and a single- direction clutch. When an operation in the closing direction is carried out while gripping an operation part 47, the clutch witch 61 is bent to keep the engaged state between a clutch arm 62 and a clutch teeth body 64 for transmission of rotation torque. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
