PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a multifunction ultrasonic motor to drive a plurality of control targets, and enable the downsizing and price down of the device at large, by making the motor itself multifunctional. SOLUTION: The first and second rotors B1 and B2 are pushed against each other, with their rotation faces put together, and the piezoelectric elements provided at the rotation faces of either or both of the first and second rotors B1 and B2 are supplied with power, and the rotation of either of the first and second rotors B1 and B2 is selectively stopped, whereby either rotor can be rotated selectively. |
