PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and low-priced structure for a motor itself and a device which uses the motor. SOLUTION: This motor includes a rotor and a stator. The rotor comprises a first hollow cylindrical part, of which the outer periphery is divided in the circumferential direction and polarized alternately in different polarities, and a second hollow cylindrical part, of which the outer periphery is divided in the circumferential direction and alternately polarized in different polarities. The stator comprises a first coil arranged adjacent to the first hollow cylindrical part of the rotor in the axial direction thereof, a second coil arranged adjacent to the second hollow cylinder part of the rotor in the axial direction thereof, a first outer magnetic pole part which faces the outer periphery of the first hollow cylindrical part of the rotor, and a first inner magnetic pole which faces the inner periphery of the first hollow cylindrical part of the rotor, a second outer magnetic pole part which faces the outer periphery of the second hollow cylindrical part of the rotor, and a second inner magnetic pole which faces the inner periphery of the second hollow cylindrical part of the rotor.
