<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively control both customer attribute information of a customer and business information at a new store when transferring the customer in charge of a certain store to the other store. <P>SOLUTION: This customer data control system controls the customer attribute information being information on the customer and the business information being information on business done to the customer. The customer attribute information includes a store code, a customer code, a former store code, and a former customer code. The business information includes the stored code and the customer code. When transferring the customer between the stores, the customer attribute information on a transferor is duplicated as the customer attribute information on the transferee. A code imparted to the store of the transferee is set in the store code and the customer code in the customer attribute information on the transferee. The store code and the customer code in the customer attribute information on the transferor are set in the former store code and the former customer code in the customer attribute information on the transferee.
