PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning body for packaging which is friendly to environment and is lightweight and inexpensive and has excellent characteristics. SOLUTION: A structural body is obtained by removing water as a slurry medium from small holes of a mold with a number of the small holes on the wall face and thereby piling up an ingredient which can not pass through the small holes in the slurry in the mold to form a molded article under a wet condition and thereafter, connecting a plurality of molding members obtained by drying the molded article in the mold or out of the mold through connecting members.
