PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily synthesizable new material having high charge mobility, good processability and especially high solubility and oxidation stability and useful as a semiconductor or a charge transfer substance and provide advantageous applications of the monomer, oligomer and polymer including an oxidatively or reductively doped form. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to new monomer, oligomer and polymer containing one or more the same or different repeating units expressed by formula I: [(Y)<SB>a</SB>-(D)<SB>b</SB>-(Z)<SB>c</SB>] (D is a 3-(1,1-difluoroalkyl)thiophene group expressed by formula II; and the definitions of Y, Z, R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, (a), (b) and (c) are shown in Claim 1 of the specification).
