<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove and decompose harmful matter from contaminated exhaust gas to change the exhaust gas to purified exhaust gas by applying an ultrasonic wave transmitter, a porous plate and a scrubber (water). <P>SOLUTION: A storage/evaporation chamber for viscous medium liquid is provided in a contaminated gas suction/introduction part. A reaction chamber and the suction/introduction chamber are connected. An ultrasonic wave transmitting body is installed and fixed at a bottom part in the reaction chamber. The metallic porous plate having a fixed number of holes with diameters gradually increasing at fixed intervals is installed at an angle on an upper side of the ultrasonic wave transmitting body of the reaction chamber. A scrubber nozzle installed at a distal end of a scrubber (water) circulating pipe is installed at a fixed angle at the ceiling part of the reaction chamber. The scrubber circulating pipe is mounted for circulating the scrubber by power from a water storage tank. A drain is connected to a fixed position of a discharge part connected to the reaction chamber 3. A filter chamber is installed to surround the drain. A drain pipe leading to the water storage tank is connected to a bottom part of the filter chamber.
