PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive a nut plate capable of easily being installed to a pipe element and the like, so as to fasten an installed element of the pipe element and the like to another member. SOLUTION: In this nut plate 100, as shown in Fig. 1, a bolt insertion hole 10 is bored near a center of a plate 101, and a wing portions 11 are formed on both sides of the plate 101. An engaging portions 12 are formed at a tip end of the wing portions 11, and a nut 102 is fixed on a lower portion of the plate 101 by caulking with a nut receiving portion 13. The nut plate 100 is attached near a tip end of an installed element of a pipe element and the like, thereby fixing the nut 102 in an axial direction of an inner hollow part of the installed element, so that the installed element and another member can be fastened by fastening with the nut 102 and a bolt.
