FIELD: medicine, sexopathology, functional diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: rectum is introduced with bipolar electrode. Prostatic polyrheography and that of inferior limbs should be carried out. Loading is made onto pelvic muscles and those of inferior limbs. In case of decreased prostatic circulation and increased circulation in inferior limbs after loading one should diagnose the so-called "external-iliac robbing". The method is simple in application, enables to evaluate degree of reserve circulation possibilities in basin of internal iliac arteries.
