PURPOSE: A shift link apparatus with a function of preventing a jump-out is provided not to release geared teeth in a transmission due to shock of a road by constraining a change lever and a shift linking member artificially when a gear is not shifted and by releasing artificial constraint when the gear is shifted by a driver. CONSTITUTION: A sensing unit of speed changing intension and a constricting unit of moving a change lever(10) are installed to the change lever. A constricting unit of moving a shift link is installed to one link member of link members to increase inertia by generating electromagnetic load. The constricting unit of moving the change lever and the constricting unit of moving the shift link receive control of a control unit(36) to constrict a movement of the change lever when speed is not changed and a movement by outer force by increasing inertia of the corresponding link member. The control unit receives intension of changing speed of a driver from the sensing unit of speed changing intension. The sensing unit of speed changing intension comprises a photo sensor(20) to sense grip of the driver and a pressure sensor(22) to sense operating force of changing speed. Thereby, a jumping-out is prevented when a vehicle passes a sill for preventing speed and an uneven area by constricting the movement of the change lever and a fourth link member(18).
