The mobile high-pressure turbine blade has a cooling circuit with at least one cavity extending radially between the tip of the blade and its foot and a series of slots (26) originating in the cavity and extending towards the blade's trailing edge perpendicular to its lengthwise axis. Of the slots at least the one (28) closest to the blade's foot is inclined towards its tip at an angle of between 10 and 30 degrees, and preferably 20 degrees, to the blade's axis of rotation.
