PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for controlling the supply quantity of heat to heating gas of hydrous waste drying equipment which provides high productivity and yields dry products of quality desirable to users. SOLUTION: The hydrous waste drying equipment arranged to dry the materials W to be dried consisting of the hydrous wastes as starting raw materials by bringing these wastes, under agitation by an agitator 1c in a vessel 1, into contact with the heating gas G supplied from outside is controlled by this system to undergo the detection of the temperature of the materials W to be dried in the vessel 1 and the control of the supply quantity of the heat to the heating gas G, by which the temperature of the materials W to be dried is maintained within the prescribed range.
