PURPOSE: A call connection method using a hook button of a handsfree device in a mobile communication terminal is provided to allow a user to search a phone number with a hook button by searching the phone number according to an inputted phone number search signal and outputting the searched phone number as a voice. CONSTITUTION: When a terminal user wants to make a phone call with a specific phone number, he/she inputs a phone number search signal with a hook button of a handsfree device(S1). A controller of the terminal searches a phone number list stored in a memory unit(S2), detects voice signals of each phone number as searched, and outputs them to a speaker of the handsfree device(S3). When the user checks a desired phone number and selects a hook button, the controller executes dialing for a call connection with a phone number corresponding to the selected voice signal according to a hook button select signal(S4).
