PREPARATION OF COLORED ADHESIVE AGENT

PURPOSE: A preparation method of colored adhesive agent applied for colorful album pasteboard is provided to shorten working time and save production costs in manufacturing of album pasteboard by using natural and synthetic rubber latex as main materials. CONSTITUTION: The colored adhesive agent(4) comprises the components of: 65-85wt.% of natural rubber latex and 15-35wt.% of synthetic rubber latex, styrene butadiene latex, as main materials; 5-15wt.%(based on the rubber composition) of adhesive, emulsion of acryl and methacryl; 3wt.%(based on the rubber composition) of thickener, 1-3wt.%(based on the mixture) of silicon-based antifoaming agent; 10-20wt.% of phthatic-based plasticizer for control of exfoliation; less than 10wt.% of anti-oxidant and ultra-violet absorbent for prevention of discoloration caused by light and heat; and 0.1-0.4wt.% of coloring agent made of dye and pigment.
