PURPOSE: A method for offering a job is provided to integrally manage an employment agency, a daily worker waiting place, and an occupation offering company as cooperated companies. CONSTITUTION: A user group(1) includes an employment agency, a daily worker waiting place, and an occupation offering company cooperated through a network. In addition, the user group(1) includes an individual job hunter and job offerer. A homepage is connected and personal information is recorded by a predetermined criterion through a counselor(3), an interactive search is executed(6), and objected persons are classified. An interview date and time is informed(8) to the objected persons using a communication unit such as a mobile phone, a character message, a voice message, or E-mail in advance. The objected person connects to a homepage using the Internet, an interview is executed(9) through an image camera in an interview room by inputting an ID and a password. A direct interview is executed in a designated place for objected persons who do not use the Internet. A job hunting and job offering result is stored in a database(10,11). |
