PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable wind break and snow protection fence in which manufacturing costs can be reduced because of a simple structure compared with a conventional double folding wind break and snow protection fence, strength performance and durability can be improved, and which is excellent in working efficiency and safety since working at an elevated spot for folding and erecting can be omitted. SOLUTION: A vertical support column 1 arranged in a row in the lateral direction at an equal interval has the longitudinal width and is constituted of a fixed substrate 2 to be erected on a concrete block and a tiltable support body 6 connected tiltably to the upper end of the fixed substrate 2 and erected. A guide plate 4 in which an oblong guide hole is formed at the front upper end is provided to the fixed substrate 2 and a movable connector 11 that slides by being inserted and fitted to the guide hole is protruded to the tiltable support body 6. The rear upper end of the fixed substrate 2 and the lower end of the tiltable support body 6 is connected by a hinge constituted in a manner that a pair of blades float each other and the tiltable support body 6 is made tiltable slantly rearward against the juxtaposition direction of the vertical support column 1.
