<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device free of unevenness in displaying by forming electron emission parts having stable electron emitting characteristics in a multiple arrangement. SOLUTION: The image forming device is formed in combination of an electron source furnished with a plurality of electron emitting elements in which the electron emission part is formed through a current carrying process with a low voltage and an image forming member in which an image is formed when it is irradiated with electrons emitted by the electron source.</p> |
