PURPOSE: A hinge click device is provided to recognize a movement angle of a monitor within a constant rage when the monitor is rotated. CONSTITUTION: A shaft(10) forms a rotation axis. A spring(20) surrounds an exterior of the shaft(10) and gives a stopping force during rotation. A spring fixing ring(12) is fixed to the shaft(10) and fixes an end of the spring(20). A rotation part(30) is attached to other end of the spring(20), is connected to the monitor, and is equipped with a plurality of click holes(33). A nut assembly(50) includes a click part(40) being inserted into a shaft bar(14) and having a projection, and a stopper(55) fixing the click part(40) and at the same time, and controlling the maximum movement angle of the rotation part(30).
