PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved electrochemical measuring sensor for measuring the physical values of a gas mixture. SOLUTION: This electrochemical measuring sensor for measuring the physical values of a gas mixture has at least one electrochemical sensor cell 23 equipped with a first electrode 12 and a second electrode 13 separated from the first electrode 12 by a solid electrolyte, a heater element 18, and a complex comprising overlapped films of an ion-conductive solid electrolyte having a film combination 20 arranged between the electrochemical sensor cell 23 and the heater element 18. Especially in the case of a sensor element for a planar γ-probe for measuring the oxygen concentration in exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine, the film combination 20 is electrically insulated and nonionically conductive. |
