PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a paper jam in small-sized printer equipment by a simple structure. SOLUTION: An operating member 28 is disposed for a guiding-supporting block 24 fixed on both right and left sides of a main body case 2 so that it can move forward and backward, and the operating member 28 is retracted backward by the medium of a lock piece 25 when a cover body 13 is moved backward in parallel to the upper side of the main body case 2. An interlocking link body 33 connected rotatably to the operating member 28 rotates counterclockwise around the shaft 9a of a platen roller 9, in Fig. 8 (b). A first cam 36 provided for the link body 33 pushes the front of a paper guide 10 against the urging force of an urging means 16 and detaches it from the outer peripheral surface of the platen roller 9. At the same time, a second cam 37 pushes the lower side of the thermal head 8 upward against the urging force of an urging means 19 and thereby a heater part of the thermal head 8 is detached from the outer peripheral surface of the platen roller 9. Therefore paper 4 is removed simply. |
