INTERMEDIATE RAIL FASTENER ON REINFORCED CONCRETE BASE

FIELD: designs of track structure. SUBSTANCE: fastener has tie plate (1); anchor (2) partially imbedded in concrete tie; rod-shaped spring clamp (4) engaged with rail foot, anchor (2) and concrete tie; clamp foot (9) located between clamp bearing part and concrete tie; threaded member (6) ensuring pressing of clamp (4) to rail foot and tie. Anchor (2) is made in form of box rectangular in cross-section in which built-in bolt (5) is installed with nut (6) and washer (7). Box lower part is embedded into reinforced concrete tie and has member locking head of built-in bolt. Upper part of anchor (2) protrudes above concrete tie surface through 1.5-2.5 diameters of spring clamp (4) and is made in form of cheeks with hollows on end face for locking spring clamp (4) in position of preliminary assembly. EFFECT: solved technical problems involved in facilitation of mounting work and reduced cost. 4 cl, 9 dwg
