SOLUTION: A polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive has an average molecular weight MW (weight-average) of 100,000-600,000 g/mol, a polydispersion of 3.0 or below and a copolymelized photo-initiator unit. A production method for the UV crosslinkable polyacrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises a radical polymerization process of forming a polymer from a monomer mixture, wherein the monomer mixture to be polymerized is added with a copolymerizable photoinitiator and at least one chemical compound composed of a unit represented by formula 1 [wherein, (X) is S, O or N] to control the polymerization process.
