PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain processing ability deterioration by executing a flushing operation. SOLUTION: The printer is controlled such that a flushing operation is executed toward the area between the image areas on the paper 2 at the time a printing head 15 is at a position facing an area between image areas on an paper 2. Therefore, a flushing area can be formed in the area other than the image areas on the paper 2 by the ink ejected by the flushing operation of the printing head 15. |
