PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the excellent improvement of the charge rate of powder by letting the powder in a powder box drop into a cavity by using a simple composition and a simple means without impairing productivity. SOLUTION: Powder 3 is filled into a powder box 1 having an outlet at its bottom, and, after the powder box is moved above an objective cavity while being slid on a metallic die 4, the powder in the powder box is let drop into the cavity by gravitation to charge the cavity. In the method, at least when the powder in the powder box is let drop into the cavity, the powder in the powder box is subjected to mechanical agitation.
