PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the ground and to provide a rain water drain facility capable of easily performing inspection, maintenance and management work and of easily corresponding to an existing catch basin for rain water. SOLUTION: This rain water drain facility comprises a catch basin for rain water, an inspection cylinder installed to an upper end opening of the catch basin, a base seat loosely fitted to the inspection cylinder near the upper end portion of the inspection cylinder, a lid frame placed on the base seat and a lid body placed on the lid frame and having a water passage; this facility is made of a soft material and a thin wall, a cylindrical body having a size of covering the water passage of the lid body for the upper end opening has the upper end which can be attached to the lid body, and the lower end is arranged to be located near the upper end opening of the inspection cylinder.
