PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety of cooking apparatus. SOLUTION: The cooking apparatus is characterized in that a grill case 90 is housed in a roaster housing 19 and a pan 11 is housed in the grill case 90, in that an opening in front of the roaster housing 19 is covered with a door 10, in that a projection 11E of the pan 11 is caught on a projection 90K of the grill case 90 in situations where a tray 9 is housed in the grill case 90, in that the tray 9 is secured within the grill case 90 by these projections being caught each other, and in that, when the tray 9 is drawn out forward, user can release such a catch of the projection 11E against the projection 90K by locating the lower end of the projection 11E above the upper end of the projection 90K through upwardly moving the rear end of the pan 11. |
