PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveguide line/waveguide converter by which a waveguide line is easily attached, ant to provide a transceiver provided with the waveguide line/waveguide converter. SOLUTION: The waveguide line/waveguide converter E is configured by attaching a waveguide substrate 1 onto a rectangular waveguide 8, which is equipped with a first circular through hole (c) provided on a wall surface and a second circular through hole (d) provided on a wall surface counter to the wall surface, by locking the waveguide substrate through the first circular through hole (c) to the second circular through hole (d). The waveguide line/ waveguide converter E is provided in the rectangular waveguide 8 for supplying the output of a local oscillation part in the transceiver to a receiving part and a transmitting part.
