摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windmill not having directivity and capable of providing high speed and high torque with moderate wind. SOLUTION: This windmill 1 is provided with a vertical shaft 2 and plural vane parts 16 rotating around the vertical shaft 2. A chamber 20 communicating with an upstream space in a rotational direction of the each vane part 16 is formed adjacently to the vertical shaft 2. The vane parts 16 are arranged to extend toward a radial direction outer side for guiding wind received by upstream side surfaces thereof in rotational direction to the chamber 20 to keep pressure in the chamber 20 relatively high.
