The procedure is to control a unit bearing (2), the spring rating of which during a defined period of time which corresponds precisely to a quarter of the oscillation duration of the inherent oscillation of the unit (1) is altered so that the bearing rigidity as quickly as possible, and especially inside ten milliseconds, increases constantly from a base rigidity with a defined spring rating to a maximum rigidity with a maximum spring rating, and then falls constantly so that the base rigidity is achieved right after the said period of time.
