<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which is hardly affected by environmental conditions and has stable electrification performance and high transferability and by which fogging is prevented even in the case of long term use, image intensity is not reduced, scraped surface of a photoreceptor hardly occurs and an image defect hardly occurs even in the case of long term use. SOLUTION: The toner having toner particles containing at least a binder resin and a coloring material and minute particles is characterized in that the minute particle has a base particle and a tin oxide layer containing at least a tungsten element and a tin oxide formed on the surface of the base particle, the mass ratio of a tin element in the minute particle to the whole minute particle is >=0.1 and <=0.9, the mole ratio of the tungsten element to the tin element in the minute particle is >=0.001 and <=0.3 and average circularity of the toner is 0.95-0.995.</p> |
