PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of controlling the volume of suction air from a plurality of rooms when ventilating the plurality of rooms and also capable of mitigate chilliness when a bathroom is heated. SOLUTION: Inside a main body 1, a first exhaust duct 18 extending from a first suction port 8 to a first exhaust port 31 is formed at an upper part of the main body, and a first air blower 3 consisting of a first blowing fan 12 and a first motor is arranged. At a lower part of the main body, a second exhaust duct 19 extending from a third suction port 23 and a second suction port 9 opening on a decorative laminated panel 11 to the first exhaust port 31 is formed. In the second exhaust duct 19, a second air blower 5 comprising a second air blowing fan 13 and a second motor 4 is arranged.
