PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a camera capable of correcting an object image obtained by photographing the object with flash emission with high degree of accuracy, a camera controlling method, and a photographed image correction system. SOLUTION: Lens type information showing the model of an interchangeable lens 72 is stored in a ROM 72C provided in the interchangeable lens 72, flash model information showing the model of a flash 74 is stored in a ROM 74B provided in the flash 74, and a selection table from which light-reducing correction data for correcting vignetting predefined in accordance with a combination of various models of the interchangeable lens and the flash can be selected on the basis of the lens model information and the flash model information is stored in a ROM 70G provided in a main body 70, respectively. In photographing, the lens model information and the flash model information are read from the ROMs 72C and 74B, light-reducing correction data are selected by using these pieces of information and referring to the selection table, and specific information that can specify the light-reducing correction data is recorded on a photographic film F. |
