PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order reception supporting method for a transformer that provides linkage between a sales section and a measurement section taking charge of measurement of the transformer and provides quickness in actions to a customer who accesses a homepage of the sales section for broadly and promptly popularizing the transformer having an energy saving effect and an environmental effect. SOLUTION: The order reception supporting method for the transformer is characterized that a first response including inquiry of the customer's desire regarding an installation date of a measuring circuit is performed from the sales section to the customer who accesses the homepage of the sales section and the measurement section taking charge of the measurement of the transformer performs a second response including the installation date of the measuring circuit to a response on the customer's side to the first response. Thus, the linkage is provided between the sales section and the measurement section taking charge of the measurement of the transformer and the quickness is provided to the actions to the customer who accesses the homepage of the sales section. Consequently, extremely socially excellent effects such as realization of energy saving and early reduction of CO2 are taken.
