PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the heat of chips generated by the machining from causing any heat deformation of a table device, or chips from being bitten in a machine tool, to heighten the holding accuracy of a pallet and a work, and to improve the machining accuracy of the machine tool. SOLUTION: In the table device 21 of the machine tool which has a supporting table 25 for rotatably supporting a pallet table 27 and attachably/ detachably holds a pallet 23 on an upper surface of the pallet table 27, a nozzle hole 47 is arranged between the pallet table 27 and the pallet 23, the working fluid from the nozzle hole 47 is sprayed on an upper surface of the pallet table 27 to remove chips from the upper surface of the pallet table 27.
