PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined cooking appliance, in which overheating of a humidity sensor is prevented, and the durability is improved. SOLUTION: In an exhaust duct 5, there are provided a thermistor 26 for detecting temperature of flue gas, a humidity sensor 27 for detecting a generation amount of steam. The sensor 27 is fixed on an attachment piece 28, which is provided in an inner heat-insulation sheet 21 in the upper part of a heating chamber 2 along the upper wall 5a of the duct 5. The tip end of the sensor 27 including the sensor face is passed partly through a through hole 29 made nearly in the middle of the upper wall 5a, and is protruded into the exhaust duct 5.
